Thank you for shopping with Tropical Green Nursery. We specialize in carefully packing and sending healthy, vibrant plants from our nursery to your doorstep. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
Shipping Area
We currently only ship within Western Australia.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside WA will be cancelled and refunded.
Dispatch Schedule

Orders are sent every Monday to minimize transit time and ensure your plants arrive fresh.

Orders placed after Sunday 12:00 PM (WST) will be held for dispatch the following Monday.
Processing Time

Orders are packed in the days leading up to dispatch.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Method & Delivery

We use reliable WA courier services or Australia Post with tracking.

Delivery generally takes 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location within WA.
Live Plant Care in Transit

Plants are packed with protective materials and labeled as "Fragile" and "Live Plants".

During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipping to protect your order. We’ll notify you if this applies.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

Email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos:

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
