All sales are final. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for the plants’ care and condition transfers to the buyer. We take every step to ensure your plants are healthy and well-packed at dispatch.

In the rare case a refund is approved prior to shipment, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
